We use the latest surveying & 3D mapping technology software to provide our customers with valuable, real-time data and impressive imagery.
Our story began in 2014, when KR Wind Turbine Services Ltd was founded by our director, Kevin Roberts. With over 20 years’ experience as a civil contractor, working on various construction projects and wind farms, erecting, and installing wind turbines, Kevin foresaw an opportunity in the renewable energy sector to be a ‘one-stop shop’ that provides all the necessary and various site personnel to our clients.
With a fast-growing renewable energy business and a passion for photography and drone flying, Kevin foresaw another opportunity in the wind turbine and construction industry. After a fault was detected on a wind turbine, the blade repair team that were scheduled to fix, had postponed their site visit. With the turbine now out of action, this is when Kevin had the idea to use the drone, which very quickly located the damage, enabling the turbine to be fixed and put back into operation. In 2017 KRV Drone Services Ltd was founded.

Based from our UK head office in South Gloucestershire, and a further office in Malmo Sweden. With our pilots holding the relevant drone operational authorisations, this allows us to carry out our drones operation in the UK and across Europe.
